anyone who needs help.
The personal email account of the WCD Minister is min-wcd@nic.in and the account of the Ministry of WCD is help-wcd@nic.in . The Facebook account of the Ministry is www.facebook.com/ministryWCD. These accounts have been created to facilitate an interactive exchange between citizens who need assistance of any kind from the Ministry and need to know more about various schemes and programmes of the Ministry.
